1. Acceptance
By registering you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account
You must be of legal age, provide accurate information and keep your password safe. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or the rules for advertisers.
3. Listings
Every listing is reviewed before publication and expires after 90 days unless renewed. We may reject or remove listings, giving reasons; the advertiser may ask for the decision to be reviewed.
4. Paid services
Visibility services (bump, featured, professional plans) are not available yet. Prices, terms and the right of withdrawal will be published before they are enabled.
5. Limitation of liability
Vivienda Clara does not guarantee the accuracy of listings published by third parties and does not take part in transactions between users. [Clause pending review under consumer protection law].
