2. Purpose
Vivienda Clara is a platform that allows private individuals and professionals to post listings for properties for sale or to rent, and allows users to search them and contact the advertisers. Vivienda Clara is not a party to any property transaction that users may agree between themselves.
3. Responsibility for content
Listings are published by third parties, who are responsible for their accuracy and lawfulness. Vivienda Clara reviews listings before publishing them and promptly removes any illegal content of which it has actual knowledge, in accordance with Article 16 of the LSSI-CE and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on Digital Services.
4. Intellectual property
The design, brand, code and the site's own texts belong to its owner. Advertisers retain the rights to the photographs and texts they publish and grant Vivienda Clara a non-exclusive licence to display them on the platform while the listing is live.
