How to notify us

Every listing has a “Report listing” button. Tick the “This is illegal content” box to start a formal notice. Include a reasoned explanation and, if you would like a reply, your email address.

What we do

  • We record the notice and review it diligently and in a non-arbitrary manner.
  • If the content is illegal or breaches the rules, we remove it and inform the advertiser, stating the reasons (Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065).
  • Both the advertiser and the person who submitted the notice may ask for the decision to be reviewed.
  • All decisions are recorded in the moderation history and the audit log.
